Job description

At Aellia, we support our clients in understanding, managing, and improving their environmental emissions. We combine accurate, real-world emission measurements with in-depth regulatory and operational expertise, transforming field data into directly actionable insights.

With over 30 years of international experience and operations in more than 40 countries worldwide, our work is based on accredited methodologies, advanced analyses, and recognized standards, combined with practical operational execution.

Our solutions include Advisory, Emissions Management, and Pipeline Management, covering everything from new requirements to highly regulated environments.

We believe that lasting impact begins with strong values, and that is what makes our EPIC:

  • Strive for Excellence

  • Put People First

  • Act with Integrity

  • Champion the Customer

These values form the backbone of our international projects and guide how we collaborate, communicate, and innovate within Aellia.

Your Role:

Every day, you protect what others don’t see: the underground pipeline network that keeps the industry in the ports of Antwerp and Ghent running. As a Field Coordinator Pipelines, you are Aellia’s face in the field. You switch effortlessly between site meetings and the office, between leading your team and briefing contractors. A varied role with plenty of autonomy, an attractive package, and a visible impact.

You are the key link between the field and the client. On the one hand, you are actively on the road yourself: inspecting pipelines, detecting routes, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety agreements. On the other hand, you coordinate a team of supervisors and operators, safeguard the planning, and act as the main point of contact for clients in your region.

Your work area: mainly the ports of Antwerp, Ghent, Zelzate, and Terneuzen, with coverage from Rotterdam to the Walloon border.
