Job description

At Aellia, we support our clients in understanding, managing, and improving their environmental emissions. We combine accurate, real-world emission measurements with in-depth regulatory and operational expertise, transforming field data into directly actionable insights.

  • Communication with customers about progress, questions and deliveries.

  • Correct archiving in the correct folder structures.

Licenses & external platforms

  • Management of the Third Party Activities mailbox: analyse, answer, follow up and archive requests.

  • Drafting and sending external letter communication (including letters for pirate yards).

  • Answering permit files via the Environment Desk.

  • Communication with external information platforms such as REV, KLIP and KLIC.

Operational support

  • Booking hotels, organizing service cars, following up on permits and training.

  • Management of toolboxes, workplace inspections and quality checks.

  • Registration of operators for customer visits.

  • Business interface for PRIMS (internal software): list errors, propose improvements, manage templates.

  • ·You work fluently with coordinate systems and technical data.

  • Experience with administration of site files is a big plus.

  • You are analytical, accurate and strong in structuring.
