To continue processing our growing number of projects with high quality, we are looking to strengthen our dynamic reporting team with a motivated Reporting Specialist.

Your role

As a Reporting Specialist, you process emission measurements and report on them. Concretely:

• You analyze, verify, and compare measurement results received through our own software (SFEMP) or via Excel, taking into account the applicable legal standards.

• You process measurement data from the project manager and field staff. If data is incomplete, you proactively contact the project team.

• You manage customer databases in SFEMP.

• You prepare reports using client‑specific templates and supplement them with the necessary project‑specific comments.

• You discuss measurement results, conclusions, and follow‑up actions with clients.

You work closely with a great team of colleagues to make every project a success. A thorough internal training program will gradually familiarize you with the work and the sector.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience. You have a background in engineering, sciences, or technical reporting, and you are looking for a role that is primarily administrative.

• German is your native language. Knowledge of Dutch and English is a strong asset.

• You have strong analytical and numerical skills, think logically, and work with great accuracy.

• You work confidently with Excel and Word.

• You are proactive and solution‑oriented. If information is missing, you immediately reach out to the right colleague.

• You are an independent team player: committed, driven, and stress‑resistant. You also look beyond your own tasks.

• Plus points: experience in an administrative role (project preparation or data reporting) and knowledge of or interest in production environments such as petrochemicals or the oil and gas industry.
